These Terms & Conditions govern your use of barbcide.com (the “site”), operated by ARMARTRA OBISPO INC (“Armartra”, “we”, “us”). By browsing the site or sending a reservation request, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. What this website is

barbcide.com is an informational website for a restaurant. It describes our menu, our approach to cooking and how to reach us, and it lets you send a request for a table. It is not an online store, and no payment is taken here.

2. Reservation requests

• Submitting the form sends us a request. It is not a confirmed booking.
• A table is confirmed only when we reply by phone or email to say so. Until then, please treat the time as unheld.
• We may be unable to accommodate a requested time, party size or seating preference, particularly at weekends and during holidays.
• Please give us accurate contact details. We cannot confirm a table we cannot reach you about.
• We hold a confirmed table for 15 minutes past the booked time. After that we may release it to waiting guests.
• If your plans change, tell us as early as you can. Late cancellations and no-shows cost a small restaurant real money.
• For parties of nine or more, please call — large tables are arranged directly and may be subject to separate arrangements agreed with you in advance.

3. Menu, prices and availability

Menu items and prices shown on this site are indicative and can change without notice. Steaks are sold by weight and by grade; availability of specific cuts, dry-aged stock, seafood and wine varies daily. Weights stated for steaks are pre-cooked weights. The menu served in the restaurant on the day is the one that applies.

You agree not to:

• Send false, abusive or fraudulent reservation requests, or requests on someone else’s behalf without their knowledge;
• Use automated tools to scrape, overload, probe or interfere with the site;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, server or connected system;
• Upload or transmit anything unlawful, malicious or infringing;
• Use any content from this site for commercial purposes without our written permission.

We may refuse service, block access or remove content where these terms are broken.

6. Intellectual property

The name ARMARTRA, our logo, the site design, layout, text and menu descriptions belong to ARMARTRA OBISPO INC or are used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or republish any of it without our written consent, other than brief quotation with attribution.

7. Links to other sites

We link to third-party sites — maps, social platforms, partners — for convenience. We do not control them, do not endorse everything on them, and are not responsible for their content or practices.

8. Accuracy and availability

We work to keep this site accurate and online, but we do not warrant that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components. Content is provided “as is” and “as available”. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by California law, ARMARTRA OBISPO INC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or from a reservation request that could not be fulfilled — including lost time, lost profits or lost opportunity. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

You agree to indemnify ARMARTRA OBISPO INC against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your misuse of this site or your breach of these terms.

Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which form part of these terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in San Luis Obispo County, California, and you and we consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

13. Severability and waiver

If any provision here is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. A delay in enforcing a term is not a waiver of it.

14. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page, with the date shown at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
